These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Safe Payment ("the Service", "we", "us"), operated by Ferla Response Ltda, a Brazilian limited liability company. By accessing the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using Safe Payment, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of the Service

Safe Payment is an online platform through which Ferla Response Ltda sells digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, video courses, downloadable PDFs, prompt libraries and productivity toolkits. All products are delivered electronically.

3. Purchases and Payment

Prices are displayed on each product page in the currency indicated. By completing a purchase, you authorize us — through our payment processor Stripe — to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount listed at checkout.

We do not store full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is collected and processed exclusively by Stripe, in a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified environment.

Statement descriptor on your card statement will appear as "SAFE PAYMENT" or a variant thereof.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically, typically within seconds of payment confirmation, via the email address you provide at checkout and/or through a direct download link displayed after successful payment. If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, please contact mkt.moneyclub@gmail.com.

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to access and use the digital product you purchased. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share publicly, or commercially exploit any product purchased through the Service without our prior written consent.

All content provided through Safe Payment — including text, video, audio, graphics, software and downloadable files — is the property of Ferla Response Ltda or its licensors and is protected by Brazilian and international copyright laws.

The Service and all digital products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved from using our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ferla Response Ltda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Paraná, Brazil.
